Joyce Pardi has over 25 years of recruiting experience within technology companies, from helping to grow small startup companies to recruiting for large public corporations. Joyce loves helping companies identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve their recruiting processes. At Wheelhouse, she has found the joy of hiring. She loves interviewing and learning about candidates and what their interests are and of course she enjoys extending offers and seeing them be accepted!
Joyce is a responsive, high quality recruiter with a deep candidate network across software development, operations, marketing, project management and IT infrastructure. She is creative, articulate and passionate, she knows how to network with the right people and utilize the best resources to hire exemplary employees. Her diverse background in human resources, talent management and recruiting gives her a unique understanding of what a company is looking for in a candidate to develop candidate profiles early in the recruiting process. She is great at understanding big picture company goals and the impact recruiting has on successfully tracking to them. Joyce is known by her peers for her ability to dive deep on very technical, hard to fill roles and has successfully found many “purple squirrels.”
In her personal time Joyce enjoys staying active biking, kayaking, hiking and snowshoeing. She loves to travel and learn about new cultures.
