Liz leads the Client Experience team at Wheelhouse DMG, ensuring the design of processes and systems that deliver great experiences for both clients and team members. She coordinates the workflows between practices for all client projects, ensuring clients receive a unified message and benefit from synergy between the teams. Professionally, she’s passionate about helping internal teams and client teams function more smoothly, whether that’s optimizing a process, helping to modify tools and means of communication, etc. She feels most successful when she can help clients and teams be more successful in the same amount of time within their roles.

Professional Path

After graduating from Northwest University with a BA in Business Management and Marketing, Liz started down the path of digital marketing – which ultimately led her to project management. As a project manager, she’s worked in various client service agencies, which gave her a wide breadth of digital marketing experience. Prior to Wheelhouse, Liz worked as a program manager at Merkle, leading digital measurement strategy and analytics alongside the Windows Devices Group e-commerce team at Microsoft.

Personal Passions

Liz is a runner who loves the marathon and half marathon distances! When not running, she’s usually paddle boarding with her dog (who stands at the front of the board like the captain of a ship), backpacking with her husband, or volunteering at an animal wildlife hospital. Liz loves sharing her passion for an active lifestyle and tries to bring as many people as she can along on the journey.

Erika is a Client Experience Manager. A NW native, she loves to ski, read, and run in between chauffeuring her three kids (and the family dog) to more activities than she cares to think about. She also loves Prosecco and Oreos, but not together.

As a digital advertising analyst, Liz specializes in search, shopping, and social advertisements. With a background in digital strategy and integrated marketing, Liz enjoys deep diving into data across all digital disciplines in order to provide her clients with creative strategic solutions to help exceed their ROI goals.

Shawn provides versatile support to both Digital Strategy and Digital Advertising clients. Whether it’s through content creation, technical SEO audits, keyword performance analysis or paid search bid optimization, Shawn seeks to help clients actualize their digital strategies in a way that brings them joy.

Drew is a Senior UI/UX Engineer who creates pixel-perfect websites with ninja-like precision. He loves snowboarding, fishing, basketball, and his home state of Missouri.

Dustin is our Principal Engineer and brings 16 years of full-stack development experience to the team. When not helping engineer solutions for our partners, he enjoys spending time with his family and performing in local theater — a true “acting professional”.

Victor brings HR expertise, a strong sense of empathy, an emphasis on relationship building, and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion to his role of Director of HR and Operations.

Liz is the Director of Client Experience at Wheelhouse DMG, coordinating the workflows between the Digital Strategy, Analytics, and Engineering practices, so that things run smoothly. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably training for another marathon or paddle-boarding with her dog.

A huge fan of the outdoors and Seattle sports, Johnathn brings his enthusiasm to clients and team members alike as a Wheelhouse DMG Client Experience Manager.
