As a Client Experience Manager at Wheelhouse DMG, Melanie works to optimize the engagement experience for every client as well as for the related members of our internal teams. By creatively approaching every project and collaborating across departments, she raises the levels of communication and joy for all involved. Hailing from Florida, Melanie learned her craft at boutique PR agencies focusing on fashion and entertainment, sustainability and social efforts.

In her free time, Mel loves to explore beaches, new restaurants, cheer on her favorite college sports teams, take advantage of random Groupon opportunities, and empower underrepresented communities. In fact, it was her love of generosity that drew her to Wheelhouse. Nelson Mandela’s quote ‘Deep down in every human heart there is mercy and generosity’ resonates strongly with Mel so the opportunity to live her values in her personal AND professional lives was one she could simply not pass up.

Scott is our Director of Digital Strategy. He is a born and raised Seattleite with an all-too-predictable love of writing, books, films, coffee, and music. He loves his wife and son, and has quite the selection of wool socks.
Joe is drawn to digital marketing out of a deep and broad interest in effective communication. As a Digital Services Manager, Joe collaborates closely with team members and clients to execute on digital strategy initiatives.
Victor brings HR expertise, a strong sense of empathy, an emphasis on relationship building, and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion to his role of Director of HR and Operations.
Aaron is CEO & Founder, and a broadly accomplished digital marketing professional. He is responsible for vision, strategy and culture. He’s still happily married to that New Zealander he met in Malaysia and they now have two wonderful daughters.
A recent Seattle transplant from Virginia, Taylor is a Manager on our Digital Advertising team and avid drummer. He enjoys helping clients exceed the goals they’ve set for their programs.
Liz is the Director of Client Experience at Wheelhouse DMG, coordinating the workflows between the Digital Strategy, Analytics, and Engineering practices, so that things run smoothly. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably training for another marathon or paddle-boarding with her dog.
Erika is a Client Experience Manager. A NW native, she loves to ski, read, and run in between chauffeuring her three kids (and the family dog) to more activities than she cares to think about. She also loves Prosecco and Oreos, but not together.
