Roy Hodges is the Vice President of Technical Strategy & Product at Wheelhouse where he focuses on building an environment with his colleagues within which science and engineering empower Digital Marketing. Roy joined Wheelhouse in 2014 and continues to be a champion for the core of what Analytics and Engineering represent. He continually strives for an agile environment where individuals, teams, and partners experience flow together by listening to challenges and coming up with solutions to bring winning strategies to the light of day.
Prior to Wheelhouse, Roy was Director of Retail Product Management at Conductiv Software and has both product managed and engineered solutions for ERP, E-commerce, and POS Platforms across the nation to include Microsoft Dynamics, Retail Pro, Epicor, Sage, SAP, Oracle and with telco providers such as Verizon and Vodafone. His extensive product background in diverse platforms and systems makes him a fit for working with B2B and B2C clients where a website is more than a website, but a complex platform of dependencies from warehouse management systems to fulfillment systems.
In Roy’s spare time, he studies and writes about culture, cosmology, probability, space-time, and poetry. You’ll occasionally find him zipping around a superbike track, crossing the Alaskan Denali Highway in mid-winter with a dogsled, practicing martial arts, and gives engineering talks at developer camps. Intellectual by disposition, doer by trade, cosmopolitan by experience – he can be seen working with team members across the organization, primarily to continually work on and grow the culture by focusing on the values we hold dear.

As the Wheelhouse DMG Operations Coordinator, Rhonda works to create memorable experiences daily for both clients and employees. From the big picture items to the smallest details, Rhonda’s touch is an integral part of each successful relationship.
Graham is a Software Engineer with a focus on back-end web technologies. He uses his growing repertoire of skills to unlock clients’ performance potential and push the boundaries of what can be done.
Pilar is our Director of Finance & Operations. Besides working her magic on the books, Pilar also enjoys playing the cello and hopes to round up the Wheelhouse troops to start a band one day.
Casey Curtis is the Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy at Wheelhouse, where she leads the team in implementing winning strategies for our clients.
Erika is a Search Associate at Wheelhouse DMG on the SEO team. A NW native, she loves to ski, read, and run in between chauffeuring her three kids (and the family dog) to more activities than she cares to think about. She also loves Prosecco and Oreos, but not together.
Natalie specializes in Technical SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization. She’s the eyes and ears on the clients’ sites. When she’s not recommending site structure improvements, she’s probably visiting another Seattle brewery or exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Joe is drawn to digital marketing out of a deep and broad interest in effective communication. As a Digital Services Manager, Joe collaborates closely with team members and clients to execute on digital strategy initiatives.
As a Client Experience Manager, Lelde uses effective collaborative techniques to enhance communication between internal teams and clients resulting in successfully executed projects. By interpreting the broader vision brought to Wheelhouse by the client, Lelde is able to create opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
