Casey Curtis Promoted to Director of Client Services

CaseyWe’re thrilled to announce that Casey Curtis, who is celebrating three years at Wheelhouse, has been promoted to Director of Client Services. Casey is a Senior Search Strategist, and has long led content marketing, e-commerce management, CRO, user testing, and outreach efforts for our clients. Beyond the performance and value that she drives for her accounts, Casey truly embodies each of our values of helpfulness, joy, stewardship, trust, and generosity—toward both her clients and her coworkers.

Before her time at Wheelhouse, Casey served as a marketing coordinator at BabyUnited, a division of United Legwear, before working her way up to Director of E-Commerce. In this role, Casey ran the B2C divisions for two brands, managing e-commerce platforms, affiliate marketing programs, content marketing, analytics, and more.

Casey brings a wealth of experience to her new role, not to mention the respect and admiration of the entire Wheelhouse team. As Director of Client Services, Casey will be responsible for Wheelhouse’s client relationships, provide oversight on all strategies, and ensure that all work delivered is of the highest quality. She will be leading the Search Strategist Team; managing the staff, clients and delivery process for all accounts; and—most importantly—ensuring the joy of our clients and owning Wheelhouse’s mission to be the very best, most helpful partner with which any client works.
