About Us
Working at Wheelhouse.
At Wheelhouse, we strive to create a work environment where every team member feels known and cared for. Our fully remote team of digital enthusiasts, world travelers, ping pong heroes, book worms, and creatives fosters personal connections through intentional communication. Although we are spread across the country, we make efforts to connect in meaningful ways – from daily interactions to biannual onsite retreats that facilitate getting to know each other on a deeper level.

GENEROSITY DAYS
We believe in generosity. It’s a core value and it’s baked into our everyday behavior at Wheelhouse.
We exercise this value in a special way at the end of every quarter through Wheelhouse Generosity Days – days of service to help people, places and organizations who most need it.
We combine our time with financial donations to make the biggest difference we can for the greatest number of people. To date, we’ve volunteered over 3,000 hours of volunteer time and $100,000 in donations.
Joy fund
We seek to create joy among our clients and team members through the way we treat each other.
The Joy Fund is a beloved Wheelhouse tradition. Each team member is offered a monthly $50 stipend solely for the purpose of creating joy for others. Team members have the opportunity to pool funds or spend Joy Fund dollars individually (and even anonymously if desired).
Grow Fund
We hope to encourage personal and professional growth beyond the walls of our office.
Wheelhouse DMG views the long-term development of our team members as critical to the success of its mission and vision. We encourage employees to pursue growth opportunities whenever they arise.
To support this, we contribute $1,000 per year for team members to take educational classes that contribute to their professional development or align with our company’s mission and values. This can include a wide range of learning opportunities, from job-specific skills training to more general professional and personal development courses that help our team members grow and thrive.

Rest and relaxation play a large role in successful job performance. All team members are encouraged to take time off.
On top of an unlimited vacation policy, Wheelhouse closes its offices during the holidays to ensure employees can truly relax and enjoy time with family. Our offices are closed between December 23rd and the first Monday after January 1st.
