best places to work in washington state

Wheelhouse is thrilled and honored to announce that we’ve been nominated as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces in 2016 by the Puget Sound Business Journal. We are one of 20 nominees in the “Small but Mighty” category of businesses between 10 and 49 full-time employees. On August 11 at Safeco Field, we’ll be attending an award ceremony where nominees will be celebrated and the winners of each category will be announced.

Sure, we have a beautiful office, we stock our fridge, and we take the boat out in the summer. But our perks are just a small part of what makes Wheelhouse such a great place to work—it’s our culture that does the heavy lifting. We are extremely grateful to our team for building and maintaining a culture focused on joy, generosity, helpfulness, and great work for our clients. While we don’t always get it right, our values drive our behavior at every level of the company—and we think it’s a big reason for being one of the best places to work in a thriving region of great companies.
