Paul Weinstein serves as Chief Operating Officer at Wheelhouse, and has been deeply involved in business and web analytics in various roles since 2008. Responsible for overall business operations, Paul helps to ensure that the Wheelhouse team has the information and resources needed to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Paul has almost two decades of executive management experience in roles spanning operations, sales, marketing and finance and in industries such as consumer products, fashion and apparel, and digital marketing. In addition to holding an Engineering degree, Paul also earned his MBA in 2008, graduating first in his class from the UW Foster School of Business.
Paul is a first generation immigrant from Canada, now a proud dual citizen. In his free time, he focuses primarily on being a husband to his wife, Colleen, and proud father to his two girls, Claire and Alice, his work at this grand experiment we call Wheelhouse DMG, and training as a competitive age group triathlete.

As our New Client Experience Manager, Scott is consistently improving our Wheelhouse business development program while simultaneously operating as an integral part of every client relationship. When he’s not at work he juggles multiple sports, as a triathlete and competitive runner. Perhaps those long runs are where he finds time to indulge his love of country music. Hailing from the East coast, Bridget is a Digital Strategist at Wheelhouse DMG. Fascinated with the intersection between people’s behavior and the technology that we use, Bridget designs marketing strategies which addresses the user’s habits while accomplishing the client’s goals.
Joe is drawn to digital marketing out of a deep and broad interest in effective communication. As a Digital Services Manager, Joe collaborates closely with team members and clients to execute on digital strategy initiatives.
Christina is always curious about how customers connect with brands which makes her perfect for her UX and SEO-focused role at Wheelhouse. When she’s not at work, she probably on a trip, planning a trip, or checking out some new, delicious Seattle eatery.
Imported from Richmond, VA, Chelsea is a Paid Search Analyst at Wheelhouse DMG. Always on the hunt for unique methods to solve client problems, Chelsea’s listening skills and strong use of narrative helps clients reach their goals and beyond.
Shawn provides versatile support to both Digital Strategy and Digital Advertising clients. Whether it’s through content creation, technical SEO audits, keyword performance analysis or paid search bid optimization, Shawn seeks to help clients actualize their digital strategies in a way that brings them joy.
As a Client Experience Manager at Wheelhouse DMG, Melanie creatively approaches every project to raise the level of communication across teams and optimize the client’s engagement.
