Our diverse team is comprised of joyful and generous digital enthusiasts, world travelers, ping pong heroes, book worms, and creatives (with mild coffee addictions). Get to know us:

Anthony is our Associate Director of Analytics. When he’s not helping clients with conversion rate optimization, he can be found strumming a guitar, composing music, and spending time with his partner, Nicole.

Natalie specializes in Technical SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization. She’s the eyes and ears on the clients’ sites. When she’s not recommending site structure improvements, she’s probably visiting another Seattle brewery or exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Talia is Wheelhouse DMG’s Marketing Manager, a Seattle native, and Yelp Elite. She loves the local food scene, diversity in tech, interior design, wandering the neighborhood with her dog, Reggie, and Sunday dinners with family. Favorite travel destinations include Panama, Spain, and Australia.

Roy is VP of Engineering & Technical Services. He supports wildlife conservation and fine arts communities, shoots photography and writes science fiction, races superbikes, occasionally rocks a mowhawk, and is an incredibly agile storyteller.

Sunni is an Associate Team Lead at Wheelhouse, with a passion for digital storytelling. A Seattle native and PNW lover at heart, they love snowboarding, soccer, coffee, and hunting for the best gluten-free food in the city. They also like travel, top-shelf bourbon, and the perfect avocado.

Aaron is President & Founder, and a broadly accomplished digital marketing professional. He is responsible for vision, strategy and culture. He’s still happily married to that New Zealander he met in Malaysia and they now have two wonderful daughters.

Aditya is equal parts math geek and avid rock climber. Both of these passions led him to Seattle as a Data Scientist.

Darla is a Digital Marketing Strategist at Wheelhouse. She loves to explore and enjoys the daily adventure of parenting two energetic boys.

A Virginia native, Oscar is a Senior Paid Search Analyst. When he’s not optimizing clients, he can be found supporting his college marching band and reading fiction.

Drew is a UI/UX Engineer who creates pixel-perfect websites with ninja-like precision. He loves snowboarding, fishing, basketball, and his home state of Missouri.

Casey Curtis is the Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy at Wheelhouse, where she leads the team in implementing winning strategies for our clients.

Dustin is our Principal Engineer and brings 16 years of full-stack development experience to the team. When not helping engineer solutions for our partners, he enjoys spending time with his family and performing in local theater — a true “acting professional”.

Dallas is a Washington native and Paid Search Analyst. He is also a big fan of the values-based culture at Wheelhouse DMG and appreciates the genuine positivity that permeates the office, creating not only fantastic work for the clients but fantastic relationships, as well.

If she’s not writing for clients’ sites as a Content Associate, Teresa might be at the dance studio or working on her Yelp Elite Status.

Erika is a Search Associate at Wheelhouse DMG on the SEO team. A NW native, she loves to ski, read, and run in between chauffeuring her three kids (and the family dog) to more activities than she cares to think about. She also loves Prosecco and Oreos, but not together.

Dallas enjoys fiddling with things and solving hard problems which is probably what makes him a great Product Engineer. When he’s not working, you can probably find Dallas reading, or periodically visiting Portland, OR.

Paul Weinstein is COO, responsible for overall business operations. Paul is a happily married father of two beautiful girls, gave up cross-fit for yoga, and then gave up yoga for triathlons.

Mario is passionate about writing, word weaving, and sentence shaping whether creating web content or composing music, which makes him an ideal Copywriter at Wheelhouse DMG.

Laura is Director of Digital Advertising in our Virginia office. She is a Richmond, VA native and Seattle wannabe (she’ll settle for visiting a few times a year). Laura loves keeping up with the latest paid search trends, winery tours, and any activities where she can bring her Golden Retriever, Penny.

Joe is drawn to digital marketing out of a deep and broad interest in effective communication. As a Digital Services Manager, Joe collaborates closely with team members and clients to execute on digital strategy initiatives.

Dana is an ultra-marathoner with a love for dogs and exploring. She’s also an Enterprise Team Lead focused on developing her team and helping clients expand their SEO reach.

A huge fan of the outdoors and Seattle sports, Johnathn brings his enthusiasm to clients and team members alike as a Wheelhouse DMG Client Experience Manager.

Scott is our Director of Digital Strategy. He is a born and raised Seattleite with an all-too-predictable love of writing, books, films, coffee, and music. He loves his wife and son, and has quite the selection of wool socks.

Rob provides technical guidance in tag management, integration testing, design review, and JavaScript development as an Analytics Solutions Manager. When he’s not working, you’ll find Rob on his bike, planning a camping trip, or exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Liz is the Director of Client Experience at Wheelhouse DMG, coordinating the workflows between the Digital Strategy, Analytics, and Engineering practices, so that things run smoothly. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably training for another marathon or paddle-boarding with her dog.

Graham is a Software Engineer with a focus on back-end web technologies. He uses his growing repertoire of skills to unlock clients’ performance potential and push the boundaries of what can be done.

Hailing from the East coast, Bridget is a Digital Strategist at Wheelhouse DMG. Fascinated with the intersection between people’s behavior and the technology that we use, Bridget designs marketing strategies which addresses the user’s habits while accomplishing the client’s goals.

Imported from Richmond, VA, Chelsea is a Paid Search Analyst at Wheelhouse DMG. Always on the hunt for unique methods to solve client problems, Chelsea’s listening skills and strong use of narrative helps clients reach their goals and beyond.

As the Wheelhouse DMG Operations Coordinator, Rhonda works to create memorable experiences daily for both clients and employees. From the big picture items to the smallest details, Rhonda’s touch is an integral part of each successful relationship.

As a Client Experience Manager at Wheelhouse DMG, Melanie creatively approaches every project to raise the level of communication across teams and optimize the client’s engagement.

As a Client Experience Manager, Lelde uses effective collaborative techniques to enhance communication between internal teams and clients resulting in successfully executed projects. By interpreting the broader vision brought to Wheelhouse by the client, Lelde is able to create opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

A recent Seattle transplant from Virginia, Taylor is a Senior Paid Search Analyst and avid drummer. He enjoys helping clients exceed the goals they’ve set for their programs.

As our New Client Experience Manager, Scott is consistently improving our Wheelhouse business development program while simultaneously operating as an integral part of every client relationship. When he’s not at work he juggles multiple sports, as a triathlete and competitive runner. Perhaps those long runs are where he finds time to indulge his love of country music. If you can catch him, you can ask him.

Pilar is our Director of Finance & Operations. Besides working her magic on the books, Pilar also enjoys playing the cello and hopes to round up the Wheelhouse troops to start a band one day.

Originally from Arizona, Julian loves watching the Seattle Sounders compete for another MLS cup and helping clients understand their data as a Senior Web Analyst.

Trenton loves anything thrill-seeking, nerdy, or related to data analytics. He also enjoys being a Digital Strategist and helping clients achieve business initiatives.

Shawn provides versatile support to both Digital Strategy and Digital Advertising clients. Whether it’s through content creation, technical SEO audits, keyword performance analysis or paid search bid optimization, Shawn seeks to help clients actualize their digital strategies in a way that brings them joy.

Makena is a Paid Search Analyst and general digital marketing enthusiast. You’re also likely to find her at a farmers market trying something new and interesting.

Vincent focuses on providing clients with Paid Search support and trying to watch new artists in smaller venues before they go big.

Our VP of Engineering & Technical Services has an exceptional background in product development for retailers, including initiatives for North Face, Vans, Wrangler, Lee’s, Beats Headphones, IndyCar and Hickory Farms.

Our VP of Digital Strategy previously led digital marketing for a leading children’s clothing brand.

Our Chief Operating Officer was previously COO for two children’s clothing lines and was part of the leadership team that propelled the meteoric rise of Jones Soda in VP roles in operations, sales and marketing.

Our President / Chief Executive Officer was previously VP of Sales & Marketing for AT&T Wireless, founder of an online startup, and owner of a User Experience Design company and for our first three years led all Wheelhouse DMG search marketing engagements.
